A member of the service team fully informed me of what needed to be done and the price etc. Usually in the past during the service I was sent a video link from the mechanic who gave a running report and visual of any wear and tear, brake. None?

Absolutely appalling service. Called at 3 in the afternoon to say they have checked the problem and need to order the part. It was booked in for a replacement part not a check. Beyond incompetence

In the past when I brought my car for service, I would get a detailed Health Check report on the condition of the vehicle. This time it wasn't provided as the new owners (Douglas Park) don't provide it. It would be still good to have one.

Megan's service was brilliant. No idea that I was going to buy a BMW but Megan ensured I did. She was professional, very knowledgeable, passionate about BMW and most importantly friendly. A pushy salesperson would have turned me away.

Car failed MOT on fuel leak and tower electrics. Douglas Park retained the car to fix the fuel leak but not the electrical issue as the towbar had been fitted privately.

Was disappointed to find that the guest wifi was not available. Also the video of the routine check on the car was not available for me to see. Usually you receive a report on the general check over of your car, i always found this useful.

Booked in for MOT but an MOT plus a service was done without my permission and had to pay this afterwards. Car was cleaned but had a unpleasant smell inside as though old rags were used to clean the seats.

To be told that a set of windscreen wipers would cost £69 to replace, unbelievable! It cost me £18 to buy a set of wipers and about 2 minutes to fit them.. Where is the justification for the price quoted?

The service experience was absolutely horrible this time around. I usually have good experience every year but this time I literally had to chase the service advisor at the end of every day just to get an update on the car.

I asked if car could be ready by 4pm and was actually ready at 3:30. Everything done as expected and car had a very thorough clean ?? All staff very friendly and helpful. My daughter was delighted with hot chocolate and a Christmas selection pack!

The experiance left a lot to be desired as I mentioned when I booked my car in the trim on the gear ever had broken and asked for it to be looked at and I was going to be charged £1300 for it to be replaced by then escalated the issue under warranty

I was able to service my vehicle at short notice. Initially I was only bringing my car in for an airbag recall. It was fantastic the dealership was able to accommodate my additional work request.

Extremely satisfied. Yan, Megan & Craig offered me tremendous service. They were hospitable, offering me a beverage & even offered to expense my breakfast as my third party finance company had caused delays in me receiving the vehicle.

Only an hour was spent diagnosing the fault with the outcome as NFF. Little to no information on the invoice of what investigation was carried out and what rectification was carried out. The fault came back a few days later.

When I bought the car from PV the car had a recent service, but they never updated the idrive and told me a PV BMW garage would do this. I discussed this when I booked the car into PV in Edinburgh, but when I arrived they said they wouldn't do it.

My vehicle was subject to a recall. The dealership was most helpful in rearranging my scheduled date and returning my vehicle to me. The original recall was not needed for my vehicle. Another two recalls, that I was unaware of, were carried out.

My appointment was a particular timing at 1130hrs, which on arrival Nicole processed the paperwork for the service initiation. At several points during my visit Nicole kept me updated and ensured that other showroom staff attended any needs.
