The original anticipated timescale for collection of new car was 2 weeks, however the process took somewhat longer. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by Megan Fortune and the Douglas Park team.

I put my car in at 9am for a recall and was told it would 3 or 4 hours.The reality was i didnt get the car that day and was told to take taxi home and get a signed receipt and submit it to the garage for settlement which i duly did.

The communication was poor. I was warmly welcomed by reception but it took 25 mins for a rep from servicing to speak to me and book the car in. I was told it would be ready at 4.30. I arrived in time was welcomed but it took 45 mins only to find out

Well looked after while in the service department. Car was also given a full valet. Under the previous dealership this was offered and attempted but standard was poor- the team at Seafield did an an excellent job and had clearly taken time.

First time dealing with Douglas Park and I have to say I was not impressed. My car is due yet another service and I'm hoping the dealership will redeem themselves.

Communication was poor. I explained I needed the car back that day and that the battery would discharge. I wasn't told that it wouldn't be possible to complete the job that day until 5.15 by which time it was too late to make alternative plans

Took longer than I was told and I had a waiting appointment as unable to get about without the motability car. However, I was kept up to date by the staff member looking after me.

I didn't get any updates during the day or even a phone call to tell me that my car was ready to collect. I had to call them at 5pm to find out what was happening and just managed to get to the dealer before they closed.

Service was terrible. Genuinely some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Wrong parts ordered, quoted price changed, no courtesy car available, and minimal contact from the rep (thomas).

I had organised my appointment for the EGR cooler recall and MOT and received text confirming my appointment some weeks prior to my appointment as inrequired a courtesy car. Turned up on 18th March, I was not on the list for that day.

Quoted 90 min for tyre and MOT, so decided to stay local. Phone call an hour later with wrong tire delivered. Returned to dealership, other issues then mentioned. In the end, lasted 5 hrs despite always being told less than an hr wait so wasted day.

The work was carried out on the timescale agreed. It was like being on a conveyorbelt Talked to a receptionist Take seat. They go away to talk to someone. They come back. you need to wait someone with you. Offered a drink moved to the next step.

Called 3 weeks prior to Mot and service however could not get appointment until day before MOT due, failed due tyre , as a result car was in for 4 days with no communication and no one answering calls. Very unlikely to use this garage again.

Again, from first visit to picking up new car this was seamless process. The BMW centre was excellent, I was really impressed with hospitality and professional approach.
