Again, from first visit to picking up new car this was seamless process. The BMW centre was excellent, I was really impressed with hospitality and professional approach.

The original anticipated timescale for collection of new car was 2 weeks, however the process took somewhat longer. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by Megan Fortune and the Douglas Park team.

Was not given hard copy of my MOT - sure this was inn error. When I rang up to ask for it I was told I'd have to apply to online government site to get one.
