Megan took the time to work out the issues we were having with the myBMW app across different regions. Entirely our issue and not something she would regularly deal with for 99% of UK customers, but she took the time to try and sort it for us.

Very efficient service. Had a precall from service advisor day prior. Paul looked after my vehicle on the day and fully explained my service and health check. Really good video from the technician showing the condition of my brakes and tyres

Unnecessarily difficult when dealing with third party warranty, an issue that I have never had at any other BMW garage in the past or since. Front facing staff were pleasant but 2 days for a diagnostic test is absolutely ridiculous.

Staff from reception to the service department were smart & courteous but more importantly my car was serviced on time and the video of the underside of the vehicle was excellent. The mini valeting of the car was most welcome.

Overall good, but I didn't like the background music in the showroom, which was too loud and intrusive and detracted from the ambience. Also, I don't understand why customers can't go directly to the service reception to check in a car for a service.
