Great service from Jonathan at Douglas Park, Seafield. From initial discussions to delivery was very easy to deal with and gained my trust straight away - a pleasure to meet him and very knowledgeable about the process and the car. 10 out 10.

Derek the sales executive was helpful in the selling of our old car and the buying off our new car, he did have a issue trying to add my profile to the new car but he persevered with it until he got it connected.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to purchase a BMW M135 in Tanzanite Blue. We love the colour. This is the first car that I'll be sharing with my wife. Having visited Jaguar LR, Mercedes and Audi, this the first car that we both agreed on!

Again, from first visit to picking up new car this was seamless process. The BMW centre was excellent, I was really impressed with hospitality and professional approach.

The original anticipated timescale for collection of new car was 2 weeks, however the process took somewhat longer. I was very satisfied with the overall service provided by Megan Fortune and the Douglas Park team.

Only reason score dropped was due to delay when collecting my car. All staff however were friendly and helpful.

I was looked after by Dawood from the service team who was polite, courteous and made me feel welcome. Dawood kept me up to date on the progress of the work being carried out on my car through to completion.

Happy but concerned the engine management light is on when leaving the car park and it was nit on before and the car was fully checked and given a clean report. Have called in.

Surprised I was recommended to have new front brake discs replaced. I had new brake discs fitted by Peter Vardy BMW on 4/4/23. I would have expected genuine BMW parts to last longer than that.

We were given excellent assistance by Jonathan Kidd in completing all the BMW online paperwork. The system is atrociously hard to complete as it keeps crashing or freezing and without his help we would have given up and gone elsewhere.
